• Packaging & Protection
All cards are stored safely in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment. Raw singles are shipped in a penny sleeve, top loader or card saver, team bag, and reinforced mailer or box. Graded cards are shipped in slab sleeves with added padding. High-value orders may receive extra reinforcement to ensure safe delivery.

• Condition & Grading
Raw card condition is assessed using industry-standard terms such as Near Mint, Light Play, Moderate Play, Heavy Play, and Damaged. Please review all photos carefully, as condition can be subjective. Raw singles are not guaranteed to achieve any specific third-party grade.
Graded cards include their certified grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, or the listed grading company. Photos will show any case imperfections when applicable.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was sent or an item arrives damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if an issue occurs.
